Fear of accountability and lack of control over an emerging media force, the Blog, has warmakers and administration propagandists in a tizzy. $450,000 has been allocated by the Air Force to study Blogs; concluding that: "They are typically short and are about something external to the blog posting itself, such as a news event."

Brilliant! And, I might add, well worth the money.
